SYSTEM INTEGRATION.

Our system integration program is a $3,500 a month package that install one system at a time into the client's business, "system" means the prosses, documentation, staff training, and the technology implementation.

Here Are Few Areas We Can Help You With

  • Sales system (CRM setup/integration, Application, Appointment)

  • Management system-(KPIs, Dashboards, forecasting)

  • HR and recruiting system.

We work through one area of a time Expect 2-3 months for full implementation of each business system, as long as there are no client-side blockers or delays.

Success: you and your people can run the new system without interruption or intervention from us or from consultants.

REVSHARE

Our revshare program is partnership. We run our operation, IT, and sometimes devops, departments for a reasonable percentage (Depends on the business size and type, 25% for small agencies for instance) of revenue. There's a startup cost $15,000, so we can get get things rolling, then everything after that is covered by the percentage.

Staff with support is on alternative
